House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer’s office has included H.R. 2454, the Waxman-Markey command and control, cap and trade bill, on today’s floor schedule . Various news accounts have Democratic leadership claiming enough votes to pass the 1,201-page legislation. The National Association of Manufacturers yesterday sent a “ Key Vote” letter opposing the legislation to the House of Representatives.
