Yesterday, I stepped out for lunch to find a crowd of businessmen and press crew aiming their views upwards. I was hoping it was AIG tower , finally replacing their LED screen at the top of the building (tax payer money for efficiency… though I wonder how much it costs to keep it running). Across Garden Road stood Cheung Kong Center , a view that is expected day to day. Except on this particular Tuesday, a man in neon orange pants was climbing up the side of the 62-stories skyscraper.
